Over Heating Problem
Applied Scientific Research Inc has developed a revolutionary invention (Patented USA) which captures the wasted heat inside of a hot kitchen, in a full-service restaurant. Then pre-heats the hot water, also providing cool air in the kitchen. The system uses a small amount of energy to recovery, a tremendous amount of wasted energy.

There are 217,100 full-service restaurants in the USA, plus industrial kitchens. Even in cooler climates, temperatures in commercial kitchens spaces can easily reach 100 degrees.
Restaurants use a tremendous amount of hot water (average 2100 gallons / day,) in their operation, this is very costly to the process.
We use city water (ground water) to power the fan, the temperature of this water is around 50F degrees, this is used as a natural refrigerant in our system which also provides cool air. The cooled air comes out of the heat exchanger around 18F degrees cooler than kitchen ambient air, this provides some cooling to the kitchen. Also, pre-heats the 50f degrees ground water, to the inlet to the hot water tank around 10 degrees increase. The system is only active when you use Hot water, cold water runs thru the heat exchanger, absorbing the hot air in the kitchen. This a tremendous energy saving device that keeps cost down and cools the surrounding area.
